Shipping Information

At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order. The estimated delivery date will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. 

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. 

Please note that the shipping times below are estimated and apply only to deliveries made within the contiguous US. We DO NOT ship internationally at this time. 

We use FedEx Ground shipping. 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S., 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.



You can cancel your order before your order is shipped. Leave a cancellation message at Cancel Order form, we will process your request in 2 business days. Once your item is shipped, we will not able to process cancellation.



All items must be returned in original condition, with no pet hair, and with all original packaging to qualify for a return. You are entitled to a return within 30 days of your purchase. Outside of 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. To start, fill out the Return Form and we will email you the return label. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing.

We are not responsible for lost returns, and $5.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to mail through your own carrier, please take a note in Return Form.
